Qerrekhlu (, also Romanized as Qerrekhlà «; also known as Qeretlë and Qerrekhlë) is a village in Abarj Rural District, Dorudzan District, Marvdasht County, Fars province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 544, in 120 families.
