Qareh Jeh Bayer () is a village in Safiabad Rural District of the Central District in Bam and Safiabad County, North Khorasan province, Iran.
The village did not appear in the 2006 National Census. The following census in 2011 counted 171 people in 42 households, when it was in Bam and Safiabad District of Esfarayen County. The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 225 people in 63 households.
In 2023, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Bam and Safiabad County and renamed the Central District.
