Pygoleptura is a genus of beetles in the family Cerambycidae, containing the following species:

• Pygoleptura brevicornis <small>(LeConte, 1873)</small>
• Pygoleptura carbonata <small>(LeConte, 1861)</small>
• Pygoleptura nigrella <small>(Say, 1826)</small>
