Pycnacantha is a genus of African orb-weaver spiders first described by John Blackwall in 1865.

• Pycnacantha fuscosa <small>Simon, 1903</small> – Madagascar
• Pycnacantha tribulus <small>(Fabricius, 1781)</small> – Malawi, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, South Africa (type species)
