An accompanying music video for "Punk Rocky", directed by Rocky himself, alongside Folkert Verdoorn and Simon Becks, was also released on January 5, 2026. It stars Winona Ryder and features cameo appearances from Danny Elfman, Thundercat and ASAP Nast.
