Prignano sulla Secchia (Modenese: ; locally ) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Modena in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about west of Bologna and about southwest of Modena. It is in the Modenese Apennines, in the valley of the Secchia river.
