Powodowo is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Rychliki, within ElblÃÂ g County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately north-west of Rychliki, south of ElblÃÂ g, and west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
