Ponteranica (; or ; ) is a (municipality) in the Province of Bergamo in the Italian region of Lombardy, located about northeast of Milan and about northwest of Bergamo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 6,866 and an area of .
The source of the river Morla is located in Ponteranica. A part of its surface is occupied by Maresana Hill and some of its territory belongs to Parco dei Colli di Bergamo.
