Ponikwa is a settlement in the administrative district of Gmina Biaà Ây Bór, within Szczecinek County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland. It lies approximately east of Biaà Ây Bór, north-east of Szczecinek, and east of the regional capital Szczecin.
