Polygala nicaeensis is a species of flowering plant in the milkwort family (Polygalaceae). It is a perennial native to southern Europe, from Spain to Greece and Bulgaria, and to northwestern Africa.

- Polygala nicaeensis subsp. caesalpini â southern France and northeastern Spain
- Polygala nicaeensis subsp. corsica â Corsica
- Polygala nicaeensis subsp. gariodiana â southeastern France and northwestern Italy
- Polygala nicaeensis subsp. gerundensis â Spain
- Polygala nicaeensis subsp. italiana â Italy
- Polygala nicaeensis subsp. mediterranea â northwestern Africa, Italy, former Yugoslavia, Albania, Bulgaria, Greece, and the East Aegean Islands
- Polygala nicaeensis subsp. nicaeensis â southeastern France and northwestern Italy
- Polygala nicaeensis subsp. peninsularis â Italy
- Polygala nicaeensis subsp. tomentella â Greece
