Plectotropis is a genus of air-breathing land snails, terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusks in the family Camaenidae.
Nomenclature
Plectotropis is a substitute name for Thea <small>Albers, 1850</small>, junior homonym of Thea <small>Mulsant, 184</small>6. Martens designated Helix elegantissima <small>L. Pfeiffer, 1849</small> as type species, which was not originally included in Thea.
