The Physicians Act 1540 (32 Hen. 8. c. 40) was an act of the Parliament of England.
Sections 2 and 3 of the act were repealed by section 101(1) of, and the first part of the fourth schedule to, the Food and Drugs Act 1938 (1 & 2 Geo. 6. c. 56).
The whole act was repealed by section 57(1) of, and schedule 5 to, the Medical Act 1956 (4 & 5 Eliz. 2. c. 76).
