Phú Lá»Âc is a rural district of Huế in the North Central Coast region of Vietnam. As of 2003 the district had a population of 149,418. The district covers an area of . The district capital lies at Phú Lá»Âc.
The area abuts the South China Sea to the east and the Hải Vân Pass to the south. The city of Phú Lá»Âc is the main economic focal point of the district, mainly due to tourism.
The district comprises the townships of LÃÂng Cô and Phú Lá»Âc, and the communes of Lá»Âc Trì, Lá»Âc Bá»Ân, Vinh Hải, Lá»Âc Hòa, Lá»Âc An, Lá»Âc Bình, Lá»Âc Thá»§y, Vinh Giang, Lá»Âc Vénh, Vinh Mỹ, Lá»Âc Sán, Lá»Âc Tiến, Vinh Hiá»Ân, Vinh Hðng, Xuân Lá»Âc and Lá»Âc ÃÂiá»Ân.
The district is divided into three sectors, from Huế and moving southwards towards Phú Lá»Âc is Sector 1, opposite is Sector 2, and the region between LÃÂng Cô and Phú Lá»Âc is Sector 3.
