Pelinnaioi () is a former municipality in the Trikala regional unit, Thessaly, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Farkadona, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 63.270 km<sup>2</sup>. Population 2,170 (2021). The seat of the municipality was in Taxiarches. The name derived from the inhabitants of the ancient city of Pelinnae, the ruins of which are located nearby.
