Pavilly () is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France.
Geography
The settlement of Pavilly, a town of farming and light industry, is situated by the banks of the river Austreberthe in the Pays de Caux, some northwest of Rouen at the junction of the D4, D142, D22 and the D67 roads.
