Patokryje () is a municipality and village in Most District in the ÃÂstÃÂ nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 400 inhabitants.
Patokryje lies approximately east of Most, south-west of ÃÂstÃÂ nad Labem, and north-west of Prague.
