Patoka Township is one of nine townships in Pike County, Indiana, United States. As of the 2020 census, its population was 2,826 and it contained 1,284 housing units.
Patoka Township was organized in 1838.
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of , of which (or 97.19%) is land and (or 2.81%) is water. The Patoka River flows through the township from east to west.
