Paroha (Nepali: à ¤ªà ¤°à ¥Âà ¤¹à ¤¾) is a municipality in Rautahat District, a part of Province No. 2 in Nepal. It was formed in 2016 occupying current 9 sections (wards) from previous 9 former VDCs. Laukaha is the largest city of paroha and also headquarter of paroha municipality. It occupies an area of 37.45 km<sup>2</sup> with a total population of 37,453.
