Paderna is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about southeast of Turin and about southeast of Alessandria.
Paderna borders the following municipalities: Carezzano, Costa Vescovato, Spineto Scrivia, Tortona, and Villaromagnano.
