Padena-ye Vosta Rural District () is in Padena District of Semirom County, Isfahan province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Komeh.
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 5,435 in 1,327 households. There were 4,837 inhabitants in 1,418 households at the following census of 2011. The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 5,319 in 1,615 households. The most populous of its 15 villages was Kifteh Giveh Sin, with 1,260 people.
