The racial makeup of the township was 93.91% White, 0.96% African American, 0.18% Native American, 0.30% Asian, 0.24% Pacific Islander, 0.60% from other races, and 3.80% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.51% of the population.
