Odontodiaptomus is a genus of freshwater copepods in the family Diaptomidae. It includes the following species:

• Odontodiaptomus michaelseni <small>(Mrázek, 1901)</small>
• Odontodiaptomus paulistanus <small>(S. Wright, 1936)</small>
• Odontodiaptomus thomseni <small>(Brehm, 1933)</small>
