Obshchy Kolodez () is a village in Korenevsky District, Kursk Oblast, Russia.
The village is located in the basin of the Krepna River (a tributary of the Seym), from the Russian-Ukrainian border, southwest of Kursk, northeast of the district centre â urban-type settlement Korenevo, from the centre of the village council - the village Sheptuhovka.
On 13 August 2024, during the August 2024 Kursk Oblast Incursion in the Russo-Ukrainian War, the Russian Ministry of Defence claimed to have repelled Ukrainian assaults near the village.
