Nuchequula is a genus of ponyfishes native to the Indian Ocean and the western Pacific Ocean.

- Nuchequula mannusella <small>Chakrabarty & Sparks, 2007</small>
- Nuchequula nuchalis <small>(Temminck & Schlegel, 1845)</small> - Spotnape ponyfish
