Nghá» An is located on the eastâÂÂwest economic corridor connecting Myanmar, Thailand, Laos and Vietnam along National Route 7 to the port of Cá»Âa Lò.
Nghá» An and Thanh Hoá were the bases of the Lê dynasty against the Mạc dynasty in the 1530s.
