Neptis liberti, or Libert's sailer, is a butterfly in the family Nymphalidae. It is found in Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The habitat consists of forests.
The larvae feed on Tetrapleura thoningii.
