Neoserica menglaensis is a species of beetle of the family Scarabaeidae. It is found in China (Yunnan).
Adults reach a length of about 7.2âÂÂ7.8 mm. They have a reddish brown, oblong body. The antennal club is yellowish brown and the dorsal surface is dull and nearly glabrous. The labroclypeus is shiny.
The species is named after the type locality, Mengla.
