Neoserica leiboensis is a species of beetle of the family Scarabaeidae. It is found in China (Sichuan).
Adults reach a length of about 7.9âÂÂ8.5 mm. They have a dark yellowish brown, oblong body. The antennae are yellow and the dorsal surface is dull and nearly glabrous.
The species is named after its type locality close to the Leibo pass between Leibo and Meigu in the Daliang Mountains, southern Sichuan.
