The National Chair is the presiding officer of the National Executive Board of Scouting America, the governing body of the organization. The office holder is a volunteer elected by the members of the board. Along with the Chief Scout Executive and National Commissioner, the National Chair is a member of the organizationâÂÂs âÂÂKey 3âÂÂ.
Prior to 2018, the role of National Chair was titled National President.
