NÃÂm CÃÂn is a commune (xã) of CàMau province, in Vietnam.
The Standing Committee of the National Assembly issued Resolution No. 1655/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the rearrangement of commune-level administrative units of CàMau Province in 2025 (the resolution takes effect from 16 June 2025). Accordingly, NÃÂm CÃÂn Commune was established in CàMau Province on the basis of the entire natural area of 24.8 kmò and a population of 8,023 people of Hàng Vá»Ânh Commune; the adjustment of 36.98 kmò in natural area with a population of 7,002 people from the remaining part of Hàm Rá»Âng Commune; and the adjustment of 8.28 kmò in natural area with a population of 15,110 people from the remaining part of NÃÂm CÃÂn Township, all belonging to NÃÂm CÃÂn District.
