Musakhel Bazar (), also commonly known as Musakhel, is a city and administrative headquarter of Musakhel District in the Balochistan province of Pakistan. It is located at 30ð52'0N 69ð49'0E at an altitude of 1,341 metres (4402 feet).
During the period of British rule the town was the capital of Musakhel Tehsil, then a subdivision of Loralai District.
As of the 2023 census, Musakhel Bazar had a population of 15,805.
