The largest town on the river is Nymburk. The river flows through the municipal territories of Markvartice, Stà ÂevaÃÂ, Chyjice, JiÃÂÃÂnÃÂves, Kopidlno, Roà ¾ÃÂalovice, Kà Âinec, Vestec and BudimÃÂà Âice, before joining the Elbe in Nymburk.
