Mosayyeb Mahalleh (, also Romanized as Moà Âayyeb Maḩalleh; also known as Masaf and Moà Âaf) is a village in Tuskacheshmeh Rural District, in the Central District of Galugah County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 95, in 33 families. Up from 91 in 2006.
