Moûorea-Maiûao is a commune of French Polynesia, an overseas territory of France in the Pacific Ocean. It consists of the island of Moûorea (133 km<sup>2</sup>/51 sq. miles) and the much smaller atoll of Maiûao (8.8 km<sup>2</sup>/3.4 sq. miles), located southwest of Moûorea, with both being part of the Windward Islands administrative subdivision. As of the 2022 census, Moorea-Maiao had a population of 18,201, of whom 17,858 lived on Mo'orea and 343 lived on Maiao.
The administrative centre of the commune is the settlement of Afareaitu on the island of Mo'orea.
