Moontower is a solo studio album by Swedish extreme metal musician Dan Swanö. As of 2026, it is Swanö's only solo album. A remaster was released in 2026.
The album has a death metal sound heavily influenced by progressive rock, similar to that of Opeth; Dan Swanö described the album as sounding like âÂÂIf Rush played death metal in the 1970sâÂÂ. The album cover is a close up of Swanö's own eye.
