Mohammadi-ye Sofla (, also Romanized as Moḩammadë-ye Soflá) is a village in Heydariyeh Rural District, Govar District, Gilan-e Gharb County, Kermanshah Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 389, in 91 families.
