Mitrofani is a commune located in Vâlcea County, Oltenia, Romania. It is composed of four villages: Mitrofani, CetÃÂÃÂeaua, IzvoraÃÂu, and Racu. These were part of SuteÃÂti Commune until 2004, when they were split off to form a separate commune.
