The Miss Ohio's Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Ohio in the Miss America's Teen pageant.
Allison "Ali" Payton of Chillicothe was crowned Miss Ohio's Teen 2025 on June 18, 2025, at the Renaissance Theater in Mansfield. She competed for the title of Miss America's Teen 2026, placing in the Top 11 and earning a Preliminary Fitness Award.
