Migas otari is a species of Mygalomorph spider endemic to New Zealand.
This species was described in 1968 by Cecil Wilton from a single female specimen collected in Wellington. The holotype is stored in Te Papa Museum under registration number AS.000079.
The female is recorded at in length. The carapace is orange brown. The legs are pale orange brown. The abdomen is pale brown with a dark medial band dorsally.
This species is only known from Otari-Wilton's Bush in Wellington, New Zealand.
Under the New Zealand Threat Classification System, this species is listed as "Data Deficient" with the qualifiers of "Data Poor: Size", "Data Poor: Trend" and "One Location".
