Mid and South Pembrokeshire () is a constituency of the House of Commons in the UK Parliament, first contested at the 2024 United Kingdom general election following the 2023 review of Westminster constituencies. It is currently represented by Henry Tufnell of the Labour Party.

Under the 2023 review, the constituency was defined as being composed of the following wards of the County of Pembrokeshire, as they existed on 1 December 2020:

- Part of the former Preseli Pembrokeshire constituency:
