Microplexia costimaculalis is a moth of the family Noctuidae. It is endemic on the island of Réunion in the Indian Ocean. It has a wingspan of 22âÂÂ24 mm.
The larvae feed on Clerodendrum speciosissimum and Asystasia gangetica.
