Michael Cimarusti is a celebrated American chef who owns two Michelin-rated restaurants - Michelin-starred Providence restaurant in Los Angeles, California, and Connie and Ted's his more casual New EnglandâÂÂstyle seafood restaurant in West Hollywood, California. He won the James Beard Award for Best Chef: West in 2019.
