Melametopia is a genus of flies in the family Chamaemyiidae.

The following two species are recognised in the genus Melanochthiphila:

• Melanochthiphila arabica <small>Ebejer, 2017</small>
• Melanochthiphila nigroaenea <small>(Frey, 1958)</small>
