Mayan El Sayed (born November 9, 1997) is an Egyptian actress.
She began her acting career in television drama with the miniseries Ka'enno Embareh (As If It Were Yesterday), aired in 2016. The miniseries was written and supervised by Mariam Naoum and directed by Hatem Ali. Director Hatem Ali cast her after her performance in the series Zel El Ra'ees (The President's Shadow), starring Yasser Galal, Mahmoud Abdel Moghni, and Hana Shiha.
In 2021, she played the lead role in the series Ella Ana Part 2 (The Story of My LifeâÂÂs Dream), the eighth story of the series Ella Ana Part 2, which caused a sensation due to the success of the first part of the series. El Sayed played the role of Khadiga, an autistic girl who aspires to enter the world of acting and become a famous actress, but she faces many obstacles. She co-starred in the television miniseries 1000 Thank God for Your Safety, followed by She Came Safe with Donia Samir Ghanem. In 2022, she starred in #Hashtag MarryMe (2022) opposite Amir El-Masry. She also played a role of a traumatized girl in Hours on a Certain Day (2024). In 2025, she starred in four films; Nogoum El Sahel, Hepta 2: The Final Debate, opposite Menna Shalaby, Mohamed Mamdouh and Salma Abu Deif. She also starred in the romantic drama And We Have Love in Imagination and the adventure film Qasr El-Pasha opposite Ahmed Hatem and Hussein Fahmy.
