Mariska Geertruida Fenna Rikkers-Oosterkamp (born 23 June 1977) is a Dutch politician for the FarmerâÂÂCitizen Movement, who was a member of the House of Representatives between July 2024 and November 2025. She succeeded Mona Keijzer, who had been appointed housing minister in the Schoof cabinet. Rikkers's portfolio contained social affairs, employment, healthcare, welfare, and sports.
Rikkers was an alderman in Weststellingwerf, and was a member of the council for Weststellingwerfs Belang.
Rikkers is married with children.
