Maria Carmen "Maricar" Solamillo Zamora-Mabanglo (previously Apsay; born May 3, 1974) is a Filipino politician who is a member of the House of Representatives. She represents Davao de Oro's 1st congressional district. She is the daughter of Manuel E. Zamora.
In the 20th Congress of the Philippines, she is chair of the Philippine House Committee on Accounts.
