Manay (, also spelled Man-ay), officially the Municipality of Manay (), is a first class municipality in the province of Davao Oriental, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 39,572 people. The epicenter of the 2025 Davao Oriental earthquakes was recorded off the coast of Manay.
Manay has a tropical rainforest climate (Af) with heavy to very heavy rainfall year-round.
Manay is politically subdivided into 17 barangays. Each barangay consists of puroks while some have sitios.
