Maladera tiani is a species of beetle of the family Scarabaeidae. It is found in China (Guizhou, Yunnan).
Adults reach a length of about 8.7âÂÂ9.8 mm. They have a dark reddish brown, oblong-oval body, with the antennae yellow. They are mostly dull, but the elytra and labroclypeus are iridescent and shiny. The dorsal surface is nearly glabrous.
The species name refers to one of the collectors, Mr. Tian.
