Madan-e Zaghal Sang-e Aq Darband () is a village in Marzdaran Rural District of Marzdaran District in Sarakhs County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 841 in 199 households. The following census in 2011 counted 858 people in 213 households. The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 666 people in 197 households.
