Lutfullah Khairkhwa () is a politician in Afghanistan and a columnist. He is currently serving as Deputy Minister of Higher Education in Afghanistan.
He received a master's degree in tafsir from the Faculty of Islamic Studies, International Islamic University, Islamabad.
